Note for Members: This policy applies to retail customers purchasing products. If you are a registered member/distributor, please refer to the Member Policies section in your member dashboard or contact our support team for membership-specific terms and conditions.

1. Overview

At Kishanzen OPC Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled without any charges if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may opt for a return as per our return policy.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Product has manufacturing defects or damage during transit
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is expired or near expiry (within 3 months of expiry date)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or services

3.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Send clear photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged/defective)
  4. Our team will review and approve the return request
  5. Ship the product back to our warehouse using the provided return label

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed if:

  • Product is returned as per our return policy
  • Product is found to be defective or damaged upon inspection
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Payment was made twice due to a technical error

4.2 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence

5. Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Wrong Product: We will bear the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange for defective or damaged items. The exchange will be subject to product availability. If the product is not available, we will process a full refund.
