1. Overview

At Kishanzen OPC Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for product delivery across India.

2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 Serviceable Areas

We currently ship to all locations within India, including:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, etc.)
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural and remote areas (subject to courier serviceability)

2.2 Non-Serviceable Areas

Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • International destinations (outside India)
  • P.O. Box addresses
  • Areas not covered by our courier partners

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping (3-5 business days) - Available for select locations
  • Same-Day Delivery (Available in select metro cities for orders placed before 12 PM)

5. Shipping Charges

5.1 Standard Shipping Charges

5.2 Express Shipping Charges

  • Additional ₹100 for express delivery (where available)

6. Order Processing

6.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Bulk orders may require additional processing time

6.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email with order details
  • Dispatch notification with tracking information
  • SMS updates on delivery status

7. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the following methods:

  • Member Dashboard: Login to your account and check order status
  • Tracking Link: Use the tracking link sent via email/SMS
  • Customer Support: Contact us with your order number

8. Delivery Process

8.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries

8.2 Delivery Verification

At the time of delivery:

  • Check the package for any visible damage
  • Verify the product details against your order
  • Refuse delivery if the package is damaged or tampered with
  • Sign the delivery receipt only after verification

9. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to the following reasons, you will be notified:

  • Recipient not available
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused by recipient
  • Premises locked

You can reschedule delivery by contacting our support team or the courier partner.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

10.1 Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Do not accept the delivery if damage is visible
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 24 hours
  • Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

10.2 Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit:

  • We will investigate with the courier partner
  • If the shipment cannot be located within 15 days, we will process a refund or resend the order

11. Address Change

  • Address can be changed before dispatch by contacting customer support
  • Once dispatched, address changes are not possible
  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order

12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

12.1 COD Availability

  • COD is available for select locations
  • COD orders may have a maximum order value limit
  • Additional COD handling charges may apply

12.2 COD Payment

  • Payment must be made in cash to the delivery executive
  • Exact change is appreciated
  • Collect a receipt for your payment

13. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. However, we are working to expand our services globally in the future.

14. Bulk Orders & Corporate Orders

For bulk orders (50+ units) or corporate requirements:

  • Custom shipping arrangements can be made
  • Discounted shipping rates may be available

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones, etc.)
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Strikes, riots, or civil unrest
  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Any other circumstances beyond our control
